New News:

• Graduation Gear-Up- Spring and Summer 2014 graduates, the spring edition of Graduation Gear-up hits Beaird Lounge in the Oklahoma Memorial Union from 10:00am to 6:00pm on Tuesday March 4 through Friday, March 7. This is your one-stop shopping address for everything you need to participate in the spring Commencement and Convocation ceremonies. You'll be able to pick up information about graduation ceremonies and making the transition from student to graduate, as well as purchase your cap and gown, announcements, offical class ring, Sooner yearbook and other items needed to commemorate and remember you experience at OU.
  
  
• Mark your calendars..... The Price College Spring Convocation will be Saturday, May 10, at 7:30pm, at the Lloyd Noble Center
  
  
• Want to know where you can study abroad Summer or Fall 2014? Check out what is available and see where you would like to go! Study Abroad 2014 Application deadline is this Friday, February 21. If you have any questions, contact Ana Bolino (abolino@ou.edu).
  
  
• Want to drop a course? To drop a course between now and February 21, go to Enrollment Services (Buchanan Hall, Room 230). A grade of W will appear on your transcript and will count towards the 5-W limit. You do not need permission to drop a class during this time.
  
  
• OU's Spring Career Fair: The spring Career Fair will take place this Wednesday, February 19, from 12:30pm to 4:00pm in the Molly Shi Boren Ballroom in the Union. It is a great event for undergraduates to network and develop contacts for future internships and employment opportunities.

• Are you graduating Spring 2014?? Don't forget to apply to graduate. The application is on on Ozone and is due by March 3. This is an important step to ensure you are cleared for graduation at the end of the semester. Graduation Application
  
  
• Summer 2014: If you want to enroll in a summer course, your enrollment window is open now.
  
  
• Need to enroll in a full Accounting class for Summer 2014? Contact Jan Nelson in the School of Accounting (jnelson@ou.edu). Provide the following information in the email to be put on the waitlist: Full Name, ID #, Course/Section number, and if you are a graduating senior
  
  
• Phillips 66 SHIELD Scholars Program: You are invited to apply for this scholarship program. You can apply between now and March 7, 2014. A brief listing of minimum qualifications may be found at www.Phillips66ShieldScholars.com.
  
  
• Need to do a complete withdrawal? Pick up the information needed from the Advising office, Price Hall 1010.
  
  
• Do you need Capstone permission for Fall 2014??? Don't wait until your enrollment window opens! Make an appointment with an Academic Advisor on iAdvise.
  
  
• When emailing your Academic Advisor, be sure to include your Sooner ID.
