MANAGEMENT
The goal of the General Management major is to train students to make strategic contributions to organizations through critical thinking and mastery of fundamental concepts. Also, the practical work experience of our faculty is a dynamic strength in our department, lending itself to an application oriented, integrative core approach to the classroom.

Our faculty are active in research plus have publications in leading academic and practitioner-oriented journals. We offer courses in Human Resource Management, Compensation Issues, Organizational Behavior, Cross-cultural Management and Leadership.
