Dean's letter
Bringing the classroom to life is what Price College does in unique ways for students each semester. The past few months have been no different with students traveling to businesses around the world for corporate visits and top-level executives coming on campus to speak to students. Some Price students even spent their winter break in Costa Rica or China. Others learned from an array of business leaders speaking as part of a panel discussion, symposium or conference on timely topics such as corporate social responsibility, energy financing and women leadership.
The concise articles appearing here in the Price E-Newsletter provide some background behind the study abroad experience in Costa Rica and China for our students along with some of the speakers who recently visited campus. The new graduate profiled in this issue is a young man who has overcome much in his life and is using his experiences to reach out and help the community. Chris Nguyen’s story of survival and giving back is one we are proud to tell as we wish him the best in his future endeavors.
Have a good summer,
