JoAnne Yong-Kwan Lim received a Bachelor of Science (Merit) degree with a major in Computer and Information Sciences, and a Master of Computing degree with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS) from National University of Singapore. She joined the Management Information Systems Ph.D. program in the Fall of 2005. Her research interests include virtual teams, diversity and leadership. To date, JoAnne had several papers accepted at international conferences including AOM, ICIS, AMCIS and GDN. She has also worked as an instructor, and research and teaching assistant at University of Oklahoma. JoAnne's hobbies include reading comics, jogging, playing badminton and spending time at the seaside.
