- Official transcripts from every college attended.
- $40 ($90 for international applicants) non-refundable application processing fee.
- An official TOEFL score of 600 on the paper-based test (250 on the computer-based test or 100 on the internet-based test) or higher sent directly from the Educational Testing Service and a Confidential Financial Statement (International applicants only).
