PhD (South Carolina) Professor Bolino teaches in the undergraduate, MBA, and PhD programs in the areas of organizational behavior, international business, and human resources management. His research focuses on employees' willingness to go the extra mile for their organizations, impression management in the workplace, global careers, and the psychological contracts between employers and their employees. Professor Bolino's research has been published in the Academy of Management Executive, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, and Personnel Psychology, among others. He currently serves on the editorial review boards of Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Management, and he is an ad hoc reviewer for several other journals. Professor Bolino is a member of the Academy of Management. Before joining Price College, he was a faculty member at the University of Notre Dame.
