The Energy Management Program has a proud tradition.  Established in 1958 as the first Petroleum Land Management program in the world, the program changed its name and expanded its focus to Energy Management in 1999.

The Curriculum draws from four of OU's strongest colleges

  • Geosciences
  • Petroleum Geology and Engineering
  • Business
  • School of Law.

Industry Student Support

Averages well over 50 industry related internships in 12 different cities across the US for the past three summers.

Over $275,000 in industry sponsored scholarships have been awarded to EM students.
